We are a Member of ABTA (1817X) which means you have the benefit of ABTA’s assistance and Code of Conduct. Many of the travel arrangements that we sell are protected in case of the financial failure of the travel company. Please ask us about the protection that applies to your booking. The air holidays and flights shown are ATOL protected by the Civil Aviation Authority. If we hold our own ATOL and a number is shown under the ATOL logo, then some of the holidays shown may be covered by our own ATOL license.
We also act as agents for licensed tour operators; the relevant ATOL number will be provided for each holiday booked.
The flight bookings we make are also ATOL Protected, except when tickets for scheduled flights are sent to you within 24 hours of payment being accepted, or where your payment is made immediately to the airline.

As Travel and Booking Agents we act only as Agents for the Principals actually providing the relevant services and we shall not be liable for any act or default on the part of any such Principle or its Agents or Servants. Passengers are booked and/or tickets and coupons are issued or obtained by us subject to the conditions regulations and terms of the Carriers and/or Principals concerned.
Deposits and final balances paid by Credit Cards may be subject to a handling fee. Payments made by cheque require 7 working days for clearance.
It is a booking condition of all tour operators & suppliers that you have adequate travel insurance. Passengers must take out travel insurance and details of our special facilities are available. Neither we nor any of our Agents or Servants shall be liable or responsible for any loss, damage, and injury. Delay or inconvenience whatsoever to any traveller or his luggage or other personal property sustained or suffered in, or during, any passage, journey, trip or stay, or in respect of any accommodation or in the carrying out of any arrangements booked through us. In the case that you decline insurance you may be asked to sign an indemnity form, or provide details of alternative cover. No insurance will be issued until the full premium has been received.
We reserve the right to adjust prices and times given or quoted should circumstances make necessary. Prior notice will be given in most circumstances. We can only guarantee against fare increases when the full balances are paid in full at time of booking.
Our receipt of a deposit and the lodging of a booking form does not constitute confirmation of the booking. Confirmation or otherwise is given separately in a form of an ATOL receipt for flight inclusive bookings.
Passengers should assume that all bookings made are sold on a totally non-refundable basis unless otherwise advised by us. All cancellations by a client must be in writing. If a client cancels a booking the deposit will be retained by us as fee to cover expenses, but clients are liable for all expenses and liabilities incurred by us if these exceed the deposit.
In the event of a claim, our maximum liability is restricted to the total amount paid to us by the claimant less any expenses incurred.
FORFEITURE OF RESERVATIONS
All final balances must be paid at least two months before departure or the date given at time of booking in writing or orally. If they are not paid we reserve the right, which may be exercised without any notice to the passenger whatsoever, to cancel the reservation and retain any balances.
PASSPORTS, VISAS AND HEALTH CERTIFICATES
Passengers must be in possession of a valid passport and necessary visa(s) and health certificates. In case of passengers being refused entry by any immigration or other Authority all repatriation costs are to be borne by the passenger.

Where a passenger has to reconfirm a flight or return booking it is their responsibility for any inconvenience or loss caused by not doing this.
VALIDITY OF TICKETS
Return tickets are only valid for dates specified on the tickets unless a change is made by the company, or at the passengers request and make an additional charge at our discretion.
INFORMATION GIVEN IN THE BOOKING FORM
Information given in the Booking form is accepted by the Company as being correct unless subsequently amended in writing. We therefore do not accept any responsibility whatsoever, for any inconvenience or financial loss caused by wrong information being supplied to the company.
DATA PROTECTION POLICY
In order to process your booking and to ensure that your travel arrangements run smoothly and meet your requirements we need to use the information you provide such as name, address, any special needs/dietary requirements etc.
We take full responsibility for ensuring that proper security measures are in place to protect your information. We must pass the information on to the relevant suppliers of your travel arrangements such as your tour operator, airlines, hotels, transport companies etc. The information may also be provided to security or credit checking companies, public authorities such as customs/immigration if required by them, or as required by law.
Additionally, where your holiday is outside the European Economic Area (EEA), controls on data protection in your destination may not be as strong as the legal requirements in this country. We will not however, pass any information onto any person not responsible for part of your travel arrangements. This applies to any sensitive information that you give to us such as details of any disabilities, or dietary/religious requirements. (If we cannot pass this information to the relevant suppliers, whether in the EEA or not, we cannot provide your booking. In making this booking, you consent to this information being passed on to the relevant persons.)
Usually your tour operator or other principal will pass this information onto their suppliers once we have provided it to them. The tour operator or other principal’s use of your information is subject to their policy, both in respect of your booking and any future marketing, and is their responsibility. Please ask either us or them for a copy of this if you would like to see it.

CHANGES OF REQUESTED TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS
All requests by passengers to alter booking or travel arrangements must be writing or made in person. Should a firm booking already be held a charge of minimum of �50 will be made to change the dates of travel subject to conditions of booking/ticket and availability.
All agreements between the traveller and us shall be governed by English Law and within the exclusive jurisdiction of English Courts.
TRAVEL TICKETS & DOCUMENTATION
Our responsibility is to provide tickets for collection at our office. Tickets posted to clients are done so at the client's risk. Any costs arising from non-delivery will be borne by the client. For late bookings collection of tickets at the airport will be arranged charges will apply.

For quotes: we use your details to provide you with the information requested and to be able to pass this information on to you.
For marketing purposes: We would like to use this information to keep informed about our products and services as well as future events and special offers that we think you will be interested in. This may be based on your travel preferences where appropriate. You can use the Unsubscribe button on our marketing emails to remove yourself from the list at any time.

For bookings: We use your data for contact purposes, to prepare quotes and book holiday arrangements according to your requirements including your payment, flight, holiday, security, incident/accident management or insurance, etc.In order for you to travel abroad, it may be mandatory to disclose and process your information for immigration, border control, security and anti-terrorism purposes, or any other purposes which they determine appropriate. Some countries will only permit travel if you provide your advance passenger data (for example Caricom API and US secure flight data). These requirements may differ depending on your destination and you are advised to check. Even if not mandatory, we may exercise our discretion to assist where appropriate.
It may sometimes be necessary to collect personal data that may be considered Special Category (e.g. health, religion) to cater to your needs or act in your interest. We will only be able to accept this data for booking purposes with your consent.
With your consent: We use information about you where you have given us consent to do so for a specific purpose not listed above. For example, we may publish testimonials or featured customer stories to promote the Services, with your permission.
Lawful Basis For Using your Personal Data in this way:Contract: We use the personal information provided because you have asked for something to be done e.g. for some information to be sent or a quote.
Contract: The processing is necessary in relation to a contract you have entered into for a holiday or other arrangement or because you have asked for something to be done e.g. a quote, car hire, travel insurance
Consent: If it is necessary to process sensitive personal information in relation to your request (e.g. relating to health or religion) we will obtain your consent to collect this data and to share it with suppliers when necessary.
Legitimate Interest: If you have requested any of our services e.g. A quote, registered for attendance at one of our events or requested an informational download, we would like to keep in touch about our products and services. If you do not want to receive any further information on forthcoming events, destination news and special offers, no problem. What happens if you do not provide this Personal Information?

Who do we share your data with?
- WE WILL NEVER SHARE YOUR DATA WITH OTHER COMPANIES FOR MARKETING PURPOSES. NOR WILL WE SELL OR RENT YOUR DATA TO THIRD PARTIES.
- No 3rd parties have access to your personal data unless the law allows them to do so.

- In the case of a confirmed booking, please be informed that we must pass it to suppliers of your travel arrangements, including airlines, hotels and transport companies; we may also supply it to public authorities such as customs and immigration. When you make this booking, you consent to this information being passed to the relevant people. We will let you know who we need to share your information with at the time of booking.
- We sometimes use GDPR compliant third party software to help us with tasks and therefore need to process your data via their servers for processes such as bookings, and sending marketing emails. We disclose only the personal information that is necessary to deliver the service and we have a contract in place that requires them to keep your information secure and not to use it for their own direct marketing purposes.
We will retain your personal data as follows:
(a)Personal data supplied for the purposes of a holiday enquiry or quote will be retained for a minimum period relating to the valid date of a quote and for a maximum period of the length of our business relationship.
(b) Data supplied for the purposes of general enquiries will be kept until the enquiry has been satisfactorily answered.
(c) Personal details attached to your booking will remain on our booking system invoices and be retained in accordance with the law relating to income tax and audit purposes.We do not retain any payment card details.
How do we keep your data safe?
No system is guaranteed 100% secure but we have taken the appropriate precautions to safeguard your data wherever possible.
- Our website is protected by an SSL encryption certificate to create a secure link between our website and your browser protecting your information from hackers.
- Our Website is hosted on highly secure UK data servers with dedicated firewall protection.
- We only use GDPR compliant third party service processors for helping us to manage tasks (such as sending you mailings). We disclose only the personal information that is necessary to deliver the service and we have a contract in place that requires them to keep your information secure and not to use it for their own direct marketing purposes.
- Enquiries made via our holiday search or offers pages are processed securely by third party software hosted on highly secure UK data servers.
- We store your personal details securely on our CRM software hosted on UK servers
- We have taken all reasonable steps and have in place appropriate security measures to protect your information. All staff our trained in our Data Protection Policies and we use security measures such as password protected access to our in- house computer systems, data sharing agreements with joint controllers e.g. Tour Operators and processing contracts with our software providers.
- We store your personal details securely on our CRM software hosted on UK servers and protected by password access.
Do we transfer your personal information outside the EEA and what safeguards are in place?
Our website uses an expert third party processor called Sendgrid to securely deliver your website enquiries to us. Your information will be processed via their servers located in the US and secured in line with GDPR requirements under their EU-US Privacy Shield Framework. A processor agreement is in place to protect the privacy of your data.
As a travel company it is sometimes necessary for us (or our suppliers) to send your data to countries outside the EEA and outside the EC list of countries deemed to have adequate levels of Data Protection for international transfers of data in order to fulfil your booking. Please ask if you have any concerns.

We disclose only the personal information that is necessary to deliver the service and we have a contract in place that requires them to keep your information secure and not to use it for their own direct marketing purposes.
